Operating System Administration*
In this package, we not only monitor your environment, but manage it for you too. You’ll have 24x7 notification, ticket generation, and all of the below features:
- Initial installation of the operating system and security hardening
- Ongoing patches and updates based on manufacturer recommendations
- Extensive reporting and monitoring including: system logs, hardware monitoring, metrics reporting access, annual and semi-annual server, performance and vulnerability reports, and port monitoring and alerting
- System runbook creation and documentation
- OS troubleshooting support
- Daily visual inspection by our system administrators
- Regular mock failover testing to ensure resiliency

Operating System Clustering
With Operating System Clustering, you’ll enjoy the redundancy of two physical servers for mission critical applications - if one server fails, the second server takes over, resulting in zero downtime. This package includes:
- Everything that’s included in our Operating System Administration package above
- Red Hat and Windows environment support
- Monitoring and management, installation, and configuration of the cluster
Basic File Replication
With our basic file replication service, we can replicate a file or file system from the primary server to the target server on a regularly scheduled interval, while monitoring task completion, success rates, and disk space in both locations.
